Our team of Support Workers is the backbone of the care we provide. They undergo extensive, specialist training to support individuals with a wide range of clinical conditions. This training includes the latest clinical interventions and is reinforced through a nurse-led competency process that ensures the highest level of care. We continually review and update our training programs to ensure that our staff are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills to provide safe, effective, and compassionate care. We offer flexible funding options, including Continuing Health Care, NHS fast-track, private funding, and Personal Health Budgets, to ensure that everyone can access the care they need.
